Non-smoking double room (23 sqm) on the 1st floor with local wood furnishings and a terrace, equipped with lounge chair, carpeted floor, LCD cable TV, DAB Bluetooth radio, desk, privacy blinds, kettle, umbrella, shoehorn, spacious bathroom with rain shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and WC

Services included
All prices are ‘starting from’ prices and apply per room and night, including a generous breakfast buffet, high-speed WiFi and statutory VAT, plus the local visitor’s tax of currently £3.10 per person/day, £1.55 per child (aged 6–16)/day (subject to change). Surcharge for stays of up to 3 nights possible. Minimum stay depending on season.
Deposit / cancellation fees
For bookings of 4 nights or more, we require a deposit of €200. Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Deposits paid will be offset against any cancellation costs. After that, 80% of the nights not resold will be charged.
Arrival and departure
The room is available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. or by arrangement. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children
Prices per child/day: up to 2 years old free in parents’ bed, €15 in cot
in Comfort Apartments #11+16: 3 to 5 years old: €25.00 / 6 to 14 years old: €35.00
Dogs
Dogs only on request! Surcharge from €15 per day without food. One dog per room is permitted! Various dog breeds are excluded from accommodation. Not all rooms are available for dogs!
Other
All rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen!
