Our 3*** hotel in Ramsau is the ideal starting point for numerous day trips, hiking tours, and other sporting activities, whether on foot, by mountain bike, car, motorcycle, or public transportation. Numerous hiking trails start right outside our front door and lead you to the most beautiful peaks and alpine pastures in our region.

Located on Lake Hintersee, your day begins with our extensive breakfast buffet, during which you can read our morning post to find out about the weather for the day and what’s happening in and around Ramsau.

On the chestnut terrace or in the cozy restaurant of our hotel in Ramsau-Hintersee, you can end the day with a delicious dinner from our Bavarian-Styrian cuisine, accompanied by a glass of wine from our small but fine wine list and a fine brandy.

Our younger guests can let off steam in our children’s playground.

In 2020, the Wörndlhof was expanded to include “Das Refugium.” The old stable building from 1912 was demolished in March 2019 to create a new space for our guests to relax and unwind.

A new building with 6 comfortable double rooms and suites, 30-60 square meters with “in-room wellness.”
