Services included

All prices are ‘starting from’ prices and apply per room and night, including a generous breakfast buffet, high-speed WiFi and statutory VAT, plus the local visitor’s tax of currently £3.10 per person/day, £1.55 per child (aged 6–16)/day (subject to change). Surcharge for stays of up to 3 nights possible. Minimum stay depending on season.

Deposit / cancellation fees

For bookings of 4 nights or more, we require a deposit of € 200.00 per room. Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Deposits paid will be offset against any cancellation costs. After that, 80% of the nights not resold will be charged.

Arrival and departure

The room is available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. or by arrangement. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Children

Prices per child/day: up to 2 years old free in parents’ bed, € 19.00 in cot
in Comfort Apartments #11+16: 3 to 5 years old: € 34.00 / 6 to 14 years old: € 44.00

Dogs

Dogs are welcome only upon request, specifying the breed.
There is a surcharge starting at € 15.00 per day, excluding food.
One dog per room is permitted. Not all rooms are dog-friendly.
Some dog breeds are not allowed.

All rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen!
