Summer holidays – hiking holidays in Berchtesgaden

Set off on your mountain bike to Hirschbichl, Litzlalm or the Kallbrunn Almen. Hike past the Blaueishütte to the northernmost glacier in the Alps, to the Halsalm, the Kammerlinghorn or even the Watzmann.

Numerous attractions and sights can be found in the immediate vicinity: In Ramsau, hike through the Wimbachklamm gorge to Wimbachschloß or take the chairlift at Hochschwarzeck up to the Toten Mann. Visit Schönau am Königssee and take a boat trip to St. Bartholomä. From the Jenner and the Rossfeld Panoramastrasse, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the entire Berchtesgaden Valley. Take a guided tour of the royal castle in Berchtesgaden, take the bus to the Kehlsteinhaus, relax in the Watzmann thermal baths or visit a performance of the Bauerntheater or the Berchtesgaden salt mine with the Salzzeitreise!

In the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine or the Haus der Berge in Berchtesgaden, explorers of all ages can have fun learning and understanding.
